The Next Bed allows for Standard North American size mattresses. Use a coil spring or foam mattress that distributes the weight, for a lasting pleasant sleep experience.
What's the distance from the floor to top of the mattress.
When the Next Bed is open. The distance from the floor to the top surface using an 8 inch thick mattress would be 22 inches and when using a 12 inch thick mattress it would be 26 inches.
The distance from the floor to the top of the Next Bed laminated slats is 14 inches, plus add the thickness of your 8 to 14 inch thick mattress and this will give you your total height.
